Pricing

• Free plan: $0/month, 1 connected repo, unlimited collaborators, unlimited submissions, 5 AI-structured submissions per month, 1 screenshot per submission, dev comments, two-way collaborator replies, collaborator status page, basic GitHub integration.
• Starter plan: $19/month or $192/year, 2 connected repos, 50 AI-structured submissions per month, up to 5 screenshots per submission, digest emails, Slack notifications.
• Pro plan: $49/month or $492/year, 5 connected repos, 250 AI-structured submissions per month, duplicate detection, custom fields, custom issue templates, up to 25 screenshots per submission.

Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by Polar.sh Inc., acting as the Merchant of Record. Polar handles all billing, invoicing, tax calculation, and payment processing. Your payment relationship is with Polar, and your payment method will show Polar on your statement.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content provided immediately upon purchase and with your express consent to waive this right. By completing a paid subscription purchase, you explicitly consent to immediate access to the digital service and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day withdrawal right.

Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled by Polar in accordance with their refund policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable consumer law, use the live chat widget on our website and we will review your request within 14 days.

Auto-Renewal

Paid plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Flunes billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, you retain access to paid features until that date.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email. Price changes take effect at the next renewal date. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
