Flunes
Last updated: April 2026
Flunes is a feedback management platform that allows non-technical collaborators to submit bug reports, feature requests, and general feedback via a simple form, which is then automatically structured using AI and created as a GitHub issue in your connected repository.
Accounts are created via GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub account and the accuracy of the information you provide. Each individual developer must maintain their own Flunes account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits, quotas, or pricing tiers is prohibited.
Collaborators access the submission form via unique, revocable magic links. They do not create Flunes accounts. The developer who invites a collaborator is responsible for: (a) ensuring they have a lawful basis to share the collaborator's email address with Flunes, and (b) managing and revoking collaborator access when appropriate.
You may not use Flunes to: (a) submit, transmit, or store illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, or otherwise harmful content; (b) violate any applicable laws or regulations, including data protection, export control, and anti-spam laws; (c) infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party; (d) distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code through the platform; (e) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of Flunes; (f) interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or security of the service, including through denial-of-service attacks, scraping, or automated queries not provided through the official API; (g) use Flunes to send spam or unsolicited communications; (h) create multiple accounts to bypass plan limitations, quotas, or subscription fees (account farming); (i) resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to Flunes without explicit written authorization.
You retain all rights to the content you and your collaborators submit through Flunes. By using the service, you grant Flunes a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that it does not infringe third-party rights. Flunes retains all rights in the platform itself, including its code, design, branding, and documentation.
Flunes uses third-party AI models (including but not limited to DeepSeek, Google Gemini, Groq, and OpenRouter) to structure collaborator feedback into GitHub issues. By using Flunes: (a) you acknowledge that AI-generated output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and should be reviewed by a human before relying on it for critical decisions; (b) you understand that submission text is transmitted to AI providers for processing and is not used by those providers for model training; (c) we make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-structured content; (d) AI usage quotas and model availability vary by plan tier and are subject to change. Flunes is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Flunes is provided on a best-effort basis with no guaranteed uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party services (GitHub, Supabase, Cloudflare, AI providers) or events beyond our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flunes (operated by Alex Quach, entrepreneur individuel) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (c) any content obtained from the service; (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €100 if no payments were made.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access with immediate effect if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if your use creates risk or potential legal exposure for us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, but provisions regarding intellectual property, liability, and governing law survive termination. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data before account deletion.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. In accordance with Article 14 of EU Regulation No. 524/2013, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform accessible at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
